ABSTRACT

Contrast to the natural science, human being is both subject and object of the research in the social science. As the consequence, it is enough to explain the behaviuor  of human being by using causal explanation only e.g without further effort understand and interpret it until the stage of meaning (persteben and bermeneutic). One of intrument to do so is the imperial cycle. by using this approach, the author tries to explain the developmen of organisational theory as one the branches in the administration theory
